About the role

The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision. Responsibilities may include data entry, managing records, and supporting daily office functions.

We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Arrah drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
