About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Arrah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all customers. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Arrah Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
