About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Barpeta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the company. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, organizing documents, and supporting the team with data entry and record-keeping. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Barpeta drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
