About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall satisfaction of our clients in Barpeta. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our services.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any stream, eager to start a career in the dynamic logistics industry. You should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset, enabling you to build lasting relationships with clients.
This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing freshers with a valuable opportunity to kickstart their careers in a leading company. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Barpeta clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Barpeta if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Barpeta Assam.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Barpeta will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
