About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive in Bhikhiwind to oversee essential backend operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently.
In this role, you will handle various administrative duties, support operational processes, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. The role requires in-person attendance at our Bhikhiwind office, providing a dynamic environment to grow your skills.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Bhikhiwind drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
