About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the satisfaction of our clients in Bhikhiwind. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries and ensure that their needs are met promptly and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
We are looking for recent graduates from any stream who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience in client relationship management.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bhikhiwind clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bhikhiwind if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bhikhiwind Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bhikhiwind will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
