About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Brahmapore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
This position is suitable for individuals with prior experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Brahmapore, Odisha, providing a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive work environment.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Brahmapore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
