About the role
We are seeking dedicated counter sales staff for our retail novelty shop in Brahmapore. As a Retail Executive, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth operation throughout the day. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break included.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Brahmapore Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Brahmapore,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
