About the role
Join our team as a Back Office Executive in Chidambaram, where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently manage various administrative tasks without extensive supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining records, processing paperwork, and ensuring that all backend operations run smoothly.
We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operations roles, though motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This full-time role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000, depending on experience. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Chidambaram drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
