About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Executives for our novelty shop in Chidambaram. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade and should be from Chidambaram or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining, with a monthly salary of INR 12,000. The work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Chidambaram Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
