About the role

The Back Office Executive role in Cooch Behar involves managing essential backend operations to support the organization’s daily activities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Cooch Behar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
