About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Cooch Behar. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic setting and providing excellent customer service.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Cooch Behar or nearby areas. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Cooch Behar Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
