About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance client experiences in Cooch Behar. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from any discipline, eager to develop their skills in the dynamic logistics industry. This role will involve engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
As an Associate, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting the overall objectives of the Client Relationship department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in a reputable logistics company.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Cooch Behar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Cooch Behar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Cooch Behar West Bengal.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Cooch Behar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
