About the role
Join our team as a Back Office Executive in Darjeeling, where you'll play a vital role in managing daily backend operations. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while ensuring smooth operational flow.
As a Back Office Executive, you will handle various administrative tasks, support other departments, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Darjeeling drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
