About the role
Join a vibrant retail novelty shop in Darjeeling as a Retail Executive - Counter Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your duties will include handling transactions, maintaining product displays, and providing excellent customer service.
We invite candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are based in Darjeeling or the surrounding areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Darjeeling Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products

- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
