About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations in our Deoria office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and support various departments. Working on-site in Deoria, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving company goals. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Deoria drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
