About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Deoria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers and handle transactions efficiently will be key to our store's success.
We are looking for candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess strong communication skills, and have a friendly demeanor. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in retail and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Deoria Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Deoria,
