About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Goalpara, you will play a vital role in managing essential backend operations that support our daily business functions. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining records, processing documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Goalpara drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
