About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks, maintain records, and support day-to-day operations efficiently. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is beneficial, we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this field. This is a full-time position based in Gwalior, offering a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. As a Back Office Executive, you will contribute significantly to our team and have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Gwalior drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
