About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's backend processes. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, managing files, and supporting day-to-day operations. Candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Prior experience in an administrative or operations role is beneficial, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time position is based in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, and offers a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Jaunpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
