About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Kannur, you will play a vital role in managing essential backend operations that keep the business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operations roles, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, offering a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Kannur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
