About the role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic retail executives to join our team at a novelty shop in Kannur. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail counter. Your role will involve engaging with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and maintaining product displays.
Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and possess strong communication skills. We welcome applications from individuals in Kannur and nearby areas who are ready for immediate joining. This full-time position offers a salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kannur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
