We are looking for a Back Office Executive in Kolkata who can manage day-to-day backend operations for our company.

The role needs someone who is responsible, organized, and able to handle things without too much supervision. If you have experience in admin or operations job in Kolkata, it’s a big plus — though motivated freshers can also apply.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Kolkata drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Can apply for 12th Pass Jobs in Kolkata
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
