About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Kottayam, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations that support our business. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining records, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing them to work independently and efficiently.

This full-time or part-time role offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Kottayam drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
