About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Kottayam. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail counter. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and handling cash transactions.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a positive attitude. You will work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, earning a monthly salary of INR 12,000. This position is perfect for those looking to start their careers in retail sales.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kottayam Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
