About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Mangalore, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily backend operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records, processing information, and ensuring smooth workflows within the office. We are seeking a candidate who is not only responsible and organized but also thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
While prior experience in administrative or operations roles is advantageous, we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and contribute. This full-time or part-time position requires a commitment to on-site work in Mangalore, offering a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Mangalore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
