About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Mathura, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily backend operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. We seek an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, we welcome motivated freshers to apply. This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. You will work on-site, allowing you to collaborate closely with our team and contribute to our operational success.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Mathura drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
