About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the satisfaction of our clients in Mathura. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any stream, eager to embark on a career in the logistics industry. You will receive comprehensive training to help you excel in your role and develop valuable skills.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month, providing freshers with an excellent opportunity to kickstart their careers in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Mathura clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Mathura if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Mathura Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Mathura will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
