About the role
We are seeking dedicated counter sales staff for our retail novelty shop in Mathura. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Mathura or nearby areas. We offer a supportive work environment and immediate joining for suitable candidates.
This role requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. A monthly salary of INR 12,000 is offered, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in retail.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Mathura Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Mathura,
