About the role
The Back Office Executive role in Mumbai involves managing essential backend operations that support the overall functionality of the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Mumbai drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
