About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade. Ideal candidates should be motivated, reliable, and ready to provide exceptional customer service. You will work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and the position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Mumbai Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Mumbai,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
