About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient backend operations. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting daily office functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring all operations run seamlessly.
Experience in administrative or operational roles is a plus; however, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available, making it suitable for various schedules.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Nagercoil drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
