About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Nagercoil as a Counter Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth operation throughout the day. Your friendly demeanor and ability to handle transactions efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
We are looking for candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are eager to work in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, along with a 1-hour lunch break during your shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Nagercoil Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
