About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various departments, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Nellore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
