Job Summary of Customer Support Jobs in Nellore
You will provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by IndiaMart. You'll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion, refer more duties to apply telesales jobs in Nellore earlier.
What you'll do
- Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor,
- Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Nellore clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart,
- Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
- Prompt resolution of Andhra Pradesh client complaints,
- Assist the Nellore field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
- Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.
What you'll need
- Any Graduate / Post graduate candidates can apply IndiaMart Careers.
- Good if have 6+ month of experience in filed of TeleSales, Telemarketing, BPO or Outbound Telesales. MBA Freshers can apply jobs in Nellore Andhra Pradesh,
- Basic computer skills and software knowledge of MS office,

- In addition, you should be confident and friendly with customers.
