About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Panchkula, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency. Experience in administration or operations is beneficial, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between ₹14,000 and ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Panchkula drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
