About the role
We are seeking dedicated retail executives to join our team at a novelty shop in Panchkula. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining an organized sales environment.
Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and reside in Panchkula or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Panchkula Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Panchkula,
