About the role
The Back Office Executive position in Pondicherry is essential for managing daily backend operations effectively. This role requires an organized individual who can perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Pondicherry drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
