About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Pondicherry. As a Retail Executive, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher are encouraged to apply. We welcome applicants from Pondicherry and nearby areas, and we offer immediate joining opportunities. The role comes with a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, and you will work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Pondicherry Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Pondicherry,
