About the role
We are seeking a Back Office Executive to manage essential backend operations in Ponnani. This role requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently. You will be tasked with various administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the overall workflow of the company.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Ponnani drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
