About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Ponnani. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can effectively manage our retail counter and provide excellent customer service. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ponnani Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
