About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations in Raichur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day backend operations, and providing essential support to different departments. A strong organizational skill set will be crucial as you'll need to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This full-time or part-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Raichur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
