About the role
The Back Office Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations in Satna. This position involves managing various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with communication between departments. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, based on experience. The role is in-person, providing a hands-on experience in a collaborative workplace.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Satna drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
