About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Executives for our novelty shop in Satna. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and reside in Satna or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and a monthly salary of INR 12,000. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Manage walk-in customers at Satna Retail Shop,
  • Understand their needs and show products,
  • Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
  • Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
  • Payment collection from customers

What you'll need

  • It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
