About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Serampore, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of daily backend activities. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, supporting operational processes, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, while also being a proactive team player.
We welcome applications from candidates with prior experience in administrative or operations roles, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Serampore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
