About the role

Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop in Serampore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can engage with customers and provide excellent service.

Candidates with at least a 10th-grade education are encouraged to apply, and we welcome applicants from Serampore and nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and involves working from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Manage walk-in customers at Serampore Retail Shop,

  • Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
  • Payment collection from customers
