About the role
The Back Office Executive role in Shillong involves managing essential backend operations that support the organization's efficiency. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while ensuring smooth administrative processes. Candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles will have an advantage, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well.
In this full-time or part-time position, you will be responsible for various tasks including data entry, record management, and assisting with day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You will work in-person at our Shillong office, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their careers in a supportive setting.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Shillong drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
