About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance our client experience in Shillong. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to address client inquiries and provide timely solutions. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Shillong clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Shillong if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Shillong Meghalaya.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Shillong will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
