About the role
The Back Office Executive position in Singrauli involves managing essential backend operations to support the overall efficiency of the business. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for an organized individual who can work independently and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in administrative or operations roles is advantageous, but we also welcome motivated freshers eager to learn and grow in this field.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Singrauli drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
