About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Singrauli as a Retail Executive – Counter Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth operation throughout your shift. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
We invite candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade to apply. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Singrauli Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Singrauli,
